By booking and participating in our desert safari tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.
1. Booking & Payment Terms
- Advance Booking: We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
- Confirmation: You will receive a booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp
- Pricing: All prices are in AED and subject to change without prior notice
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund available
- 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund available
- Less than 12 hours: No refund available
- Weather Cancellations: Full refund or rescheduling if tour is cancelled due to extreme weather conditions
